     Vanilla Cream Filling for Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar (not quite)
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp corn starch
2 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 bananas, sliced
1- 9 inch pie baked pie crust
 
Instructions
Combine sugar, salt, corn starch and milk; Cook 5 minutes. Add butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour over bananas in baked pie crust.
