Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.
Add fruit. Toss to coat. Let stand 20 minutes.
Spoon into pastry pie lined pie plate.
Add top crust,flute edges and prick.
Bake for 40-45 minutes
