Combine first 6 ing's in a pot over med heat and
bring to a boil. Combine the cornstarch with the 1/4
cup water and add to boiling sauce. Stir until thickened.
Place chicken in a pan and pour sauce over. Bake on
350 degrees for at least 2 hours uncovered.
