|
Trim strip of fat on side of each steak to 1/2 inch. Rub each steak with 1 tsp. each of Wildtree grapeseed oil across surface area of steaks. Sprinkle tops of steaks with salt and pepper.

Place half of chipotle paste on each steak and spread evenly over steaks. Sprinkle Wildtree dill dip seasoning mix evenly over tops of each steak. Let steaks sit for minimum of 30 minutes to allow marinade to permeate the meat.

Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and use Wildtree grapeseed oil on a grill brush to oil rack/pan to prevent sticking.

|
Place steaks on grill and cook 4 min. per side, adding or subtracting a minute per side to achieve preferred level of doneness. Let rest 5 min. before slicing to ensure a juicy steak!
