Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine zucchini, sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.
Combine flour, lemon peel and spices; mix well.
Add flour/spices mixture to wet ingredients; mix well.
Add walnuts; mix well.
Divide batter into each loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until wooden stick inserted into center comes out clean.
