Prepare pie crust according to package directions for Filled one-crust pie using 9-inch pie pan. Twist edge as shown(Trim dough even with outside edge of pie pan,brush edge of crust with egg white.
Cut six 1/-inch strips from remaining dough. Twist two strips together and place along edge of crust, pressing lightly to secure.
Note- Bake pie on preheated heavy duty cookie sheet only when using metal or foil pie pan.
