     Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 pkg (15 ounce) Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (16 ounce) Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 can (12 fluid ounce) undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
 

Instructions
Prepare pie crust according to package directions for Filled one-crust pie using 9-inch pie pan. Twist edge as shown(Trim dough even with outside edge of pie pan,brush edge of crust with egg white. Cut six 1/-inch strips from remaining dough. Twist two strips together and place along edge of crust, pressing lightly to secure. Note- Bake pie on preheated heavy duty cookie sheet only when using metal or foil pie pan.
Preheat oven 425 degrees. Mix filling ingredients in order as listed; Mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean (if necessary, cover the edge of the crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Move to wire rack; Cool Completely. Garnish if desired.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ice cream or whipping cream
