     Pickled Eggs

Ingredients
2 Tbsp mustard
2 cups Heinz White Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp mustard seed
1 Tbsp celery seed
6 whole cloves
2 medium onions, sliced
 
12 hard boiled eggs

Instructions
In a saucepan, blend mustard with vinegar and remaining ingredients accept onion and eggs. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Place onion and eggs into an airtight container or jar. Remove the cloves and Pour rest of wet mixture over onion and eggs. Cover. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
