In a saucepan, blend mustard with vinegar and remaining ingredients accept onion and eggs.
Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Place onion and eggs into an airtight container or jar.
Remove the cloves and Pour rest of wet mixture over onion and eggs. Cover.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
