Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt. Add cereal, pretzel sticks, and cheese its together. Cover
mixture with sauce and mix until well coated.
Heat in oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15
minutes.
