     Swiss Chocolate Cake (Gluten free)

200g Dark chocolate
200g sugar
200g almond flour
200g butter
6 eggs

Melt the chocolate and butter together gently in a bain marie (the flash way of saying double-boil). Let that cool. In a big bowl mix the almond flour and sugar. Add in the chocolate mixture. In a separate bowl mix the 6 eggs, then add this to the main bowl. Stir well.
Pour into a standard sized cake tin. Cook for 30- 45mins at 190 degrees C.
Serving Suggestions
Note from Aliki- I buy ground almonds or blend up blanched almonds for a nuttier, coarser texture
