Next Melt chocolate and butterscotch bits together over very low heat. (You can use a double boiler if you ever heard of such a thing, but it's not necessary)
When melted, spread on top of the layer in cake pan
(Be artistic, make a few swirls using a spoon or spatula)
Let stand a few minutes at room temperature.
Then cut into small squares as they are very rich.
After cutting, store in refrigerator in airtight container.
