Prepare potato by making several slices but not cutting through the bottom.
Before grilling to help grilling time, microwave all potatoes 5-6 minutes before slicing.
Brush with butter.
Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, celery and onion.
Place on grill--should be ready in 1 hour or less.
With fork, test for doneness.
