Preheat oven to 375 Place pie crust in 9 inch pan, set aside Cook bacon over medium heat, remove bacon from pan; drain and crumble. Reserve 1 T. drippings & saute onions, mushrooms, zucchini, & garlic until tender (3-5) minutes. Add bacon to vegetables and combine. Spread vegetable mixture over bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle cheese over veggies. Whisk eggs, milk & seasonings together. Pour over veggies and cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes
