Instructions |
|
|
heat oil,
add sazon and sofrito,
mix well
|
|
|
add water, tomato sauce, and undrained corn then
bring to boil
|
|

add rice and bring to boil again
|

reduce heat to low and cover,
cook for 20-25 minutes,
let sit for 5 minutes,
serve
