     Easy Crawfish or Shrimp Etouffee

Ingredients
2 Medium Onions, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Liquid Crab Boil
1 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning
Dash of Tabasco
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
 
1 or 2 Pounds Crawfish Tails or Peeled Shrimp

Instructions
Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter or margarine.
Add all other ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice.
