In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 5 c. container with tight fitting lid; seal. Store in a dry cool place. Use within 2months. Makes 4 1/2 c. crisp coating mix
8 c. corn flakes makes 3 c. crumbs
