Preheat over 350F.. Combine flour, butter, brown sugar. Blend with mixer at low speed for 2-3 min. until fine. Stir in nuts. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping. Pat remainder in ungreased 8" sq pan. Bake near center of 350F over for 8-10 min. or until golden brown.
Combine cream cheese, egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Return to oven 23-30 min until golden brown.
Cool, cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
