Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Roll out one package of crescent rolls and line bottom of pan with them. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and the cream cheese and spread over the crescent rolls. Layer the second package of crescent rolls over that. Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix in 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon and spread over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
