     Grilled Chicken with Stilton Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, 1-2 lbs.
1 box More Than Gourmet Red Wine Sauce
3 T. Adams All Purpose Rub
sliced mushrooms
2 stems fresh oregano
2 stems fresh tyme
1/4 lv Stilton Pear and Apple Cheese
 
Instructions
Preheat grill to 450. season chicken with Adam rub. Place chicken on grill for 10-15 minutes on each side, Cook all the way through. In a small sauce pot add the box of red wine sauce, mushrooms, thyme , oregano, & cheese and bring to a simmer. Serve with sauce on top and enjoy.
