Combine the olive oil, onion, garlic, capers, red pepper flakes, oregano and basil in a large ovenproof pan. Simmer fo 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the plum tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, red wine, salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Spoon the sauce over the hot pasta.
