Cook the rice using hte package directions. Add the lemon juice and olive oil adn toss lightlly. Spoon into a large salad bowl. Chill, covered, for several hours. Combine the green onions, 1/2 t salt, pepper, curry powder, dry mustard and parsly in a bowl and mix well. Add to the chilled rice and toss to mix. Add the chicken, cauliflower, peas, celery adn radishes and toss lightly. Serve on romaine-lined serving plates.
