6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped, or 10 oz white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Bring the cream to a boil in a small heavy saucepan. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Let stand for 3 minutes. Uncover and stir the ganache until smooth. Pour over brownies and spread to cover.
