Preheat oven to 160 degrees
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to
bring mixture together
Flour a bench/board and gently knead the dough
(for no more than 1 minute)
Lightly grease a baking tray (baking paper is good
too)
Using a scone/biscuit cutter, cut out the scones -
place next to each other on baking tray
Bake in oven for 15 mins until light golden brown
