2 cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
6 oz can tomato paste
3 c. uncooked campanella pasta, prepared to
package directions
2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
Instructions
Cook sausage over medium heat in skillet until crumbled and no longer pink; drain. Blend in tomatoes and paste; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Place 1/2 pasta in bottom of skillet ; pour 1/2 tomato-meat mix over pasta. Sprinkle 1 c. mozzarella ove. Top with remaining pasta, tomato-meat mix and mozzarella.
cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts. remove from heat; let stand 1 minute.
