Mix sugar, milk and corn syrup in a heavy 2 qt. saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil. Boil and stir 2 minutes more, take off heat. Stir in until completely melted 1 cup chocolate chips. Stir in salted peanuts. Drop with teaspoon on waxed paper.
