     Scrambled Eggs supreme

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
1 cup diced mexican chorizo
1 cup grated cheese (based on preference)
2 tsp butter or oil for cooking
salt
pepper
 
cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, salt, pepper and cayenne. add cream and mix again until evenly distributed.
In a non stick pan, add the butter or oil and heat until its simmering. add in the chorizo and fry until the butter turns a light red colour and the chorizo is browned. toss in the diced peppers and just blanch them in the butter.
Add the eggs to the mixture and stir until eggs are cooked to your preference. I prefer less runny.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on toast with or without bacon
