     Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
1 pie crust
Custard
3 eggs
3 T. milk
2 C. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 t nutmeg or cinnamon
4 c. rhubarb
1 T. butter
 
Crumble topping
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Instructions
Beat eggs and add milk. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and add to milk mixture. Add rhubarb and pour into crust. Crumbly topping- mix ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 400 for 50-60 minutes.
