     Sang Choy Bow

Ingredients
1 tblsp oil
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
3 green shallots (sliced)
600 g pork
1 tblsp soy sauce
2 tblsp oyster sauce
250g bean sprouts
200g fried noodles
 
Whole lettuce (peel layers to use as cup/wrap)
Sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat oil in pan, cook onion, shallots and garlic until soft Add mince, cook until brown Combine sauces and salt and pepper to taste, add sprouts and noodles To serve, spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds
