Indian Bread with Potato Filling

Ingredients
Indian Bread
1 cup plain flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Potato filing
2 large potatoes(boiled, peeled and mashed)
1 medium onion (chopped)
 
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Instructions
Mix ingredients together with warm water to make a dough Make small balls of dough (size to preference) Roll each ball with rolling pin to form a thick sheet of roti Fry each roti on a preheated frying pan until cooked (based on preference) Serve with potato filling
Potato Filing
Heat oil. Add onions to the heated oil. Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat or/until onions are turned into golden brown Add potatoes, curry powder, salt and spices together. Mix and continue cooking until ready
