Lightly grease a large baking dish
Layer the potato slices, then the sweet potato,
then the onion. Repeat until all slices have been
layered.
Pour over 300ml of thickened cream.
Light both end burners of the BBQ, leaving the
centre burners unlit.
Place baking tray in centre of BBQ and close the
lid
Cook on medium for 30 minutes.
Top with ½ cup of shredded cheese, salt and pepper
Leave cooking with lid down for an additional 15
minutes
Remove, set aside with foil lightly placed over
the top to keep it warm.
