Allow the tin to cool down and then pour the
mixture in. Cover the tin with baking foil and
put in a preheated oven at 200 F (90 C) for 45 to
50 minutes.
Take the tin out of the oven and remove the baking
foil, and then return to the oven for another 25
to 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and then put in the fridge until
ready to serve. Scrape the edge of the tin with a
sharp knife and then place the tin of up-side-down
on a plate. (Spare me a slice when you serve).
