Divide dough into 1 T. pieces and flatten. Place Snickers in center of each piece of dough. Form the dough into a ball around each piece of candie. Place on non-stick cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes and then move to rack to cool completely.
Divide the frosting into two bowls. Tint one green and one red. Place frosting into ziplock bags and snip a small corner; drizzle frosting onto cookies.
