Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and 1/2 c powdered sugar; add 2 c flour and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Pat evenly into 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes.
combine eggs, sugar and remaining flour, lemon juice and baking powder in a blender. Blend 5 seconds; Pour over partially baked crust. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar. Cut into small squares.
