1 lb ground beef
1 can Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Minced Onion
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Container of Refrigerated Biscuits (10 oz.)
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Brown and drain beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuits-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake @ 400 for about 12 minutes. Yields approx. 12 pizza cups.
