Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter and add onion. Cook slowly
until tender but not browned. Blend in flour, salt, dry mustard &
pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring
until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add macaroni
and blend well. Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with bread
crumbs.
