Mix broccoli, onions, mushrooms and pepperoni together with dressing. I use about 3/4 of a small bottle. Let set for 2 hours. Toss in lettuce and top with cheese (if desired).
Dresden's High School, Tri-Valley, has all their sports banquets potluck. Wanda always carries this and everyone loves it.
