Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
prepare 12 hours ahead of mealtime-
1 lb sliced ham
16 slices white bread
cracker barrel mild cheese
1 1/2 t dry mustard
corn flake crumbs
7 eggs
1 t salt
3 c milk

1/2 c butter

Instructions
Cut crusts from bread. Place in bottom of 9x13--must cut a couple of slices in half to fit along edge. Put ham, then cheese, then another layer of ham and cheese, then top with another slice of bread. Beat in large bowl--eggs, dry mustard, and salt. Add milk. Pour over bread and ham, saturating each slice. Let stand in fridge 12 hours. This must be done. Sandwiches are not good if baked too soon. Before baking, melt 1/2 c butter and pour over the bread. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Sprinkle on hte corn flake crumbs. Sandwiches will be fluffy and crusty.
