Ingredients
8 oz macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. Hellmans
1/2 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 c. sugar
 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 t salt
1.9 t. pepper
Instructions
Mix together. Is better the day after.
