     Crock Pot Bread

1 pkg yeat
1 t. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 c. warm water
1 t. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 - 4 1/2 c. flour

In a large bowl dissolve yeast and 1 t. sugar in 1/4 c. water. Allow to stand until it bubbles and foams. Add egg , oil, 1 c. water, salt, sugar and 2 c. flour. Beat with electric mixer fro 2 minutes. With wooden spoon stir in remaining flour until dough leaves sides of the bowl. Place dough on a well-greased Bread and Cake Pan, cover and bake on high in crock pot 2-3 hours or until edges are brown. Remove from pan and uncover. Let stand 5 minutes and then unmold.
