Put ribs in pan and layer with onion and lemon. Bake for 30 minutes at 450. Reduce heat to 350/
In a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic; cook 4-5 minutes. Add catsup, Worcestershire, brown sugar, mustard and Tabasco.
Drain ribs and pour sauce over Bake for at least 2 hours at 350.
