     Cream of Cauliflower Soup, Ginny's

Ingredients
1 med heat of cauliflower, cut into florettes
1 stalk celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 med chopped onion
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 quart chicken broth
1 c light cream (or use milk like Ginny does)
1/2 t worchestershire sauce
nutmeg
 

Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients in large pot and cook over medium heat until cauliflower is tender, about 40 minutes. Puree in blender a small amount at a time. Return to pot, add cream and worchestershire sauce. Cook until steamy hot. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
