     Pineapple Cake

1 box angel food cake mix
20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix the cake mix and pineapple together gently until combined (do not over mix). Batter will be frothy and light. Pour in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake according to the directions on the cake mix box (I bake mine at 350 for about 30 minutes). Cool and top with Cool Whip or Cool Whip Pudding Frosting
Cool Whip Pudding Frosting- 1 box instant pudding (any flavor) 1 c milk 1 tub Cool Whip mix pudding mix and milk together until it starts to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip until well mixed. Spread on cooled cake. Keep cake refrigerated
