     Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes-
3 (15 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 t. vanilla
Topping-
1/2 c. butter, melted
 
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
Instructions
Mix together all sweet potato ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix together all topping ingredients. Top potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
