To make condiments for burgers, in small glass mixing bowl combine; 2 tsp Wildtree Smoked Mozzarella Dip Mix, 2 tsp boiling water. Let sit two minutes, drain off any excess water. Mix in 1/2 cup light cream cheese. Add avocado, lemon juice and mash with fork, add minced green onion. Mix well to evenly distribute. Set aside.
In small glass mixing bowl combine Wildtree Perfect Piccata Sauce and 1 tsp spaghetti sauce seasoning mix. Stir to combine, and set aside.
To form burgers, in medium mixing bowl combine ground turkey, balsamic vinaigrette, 1T Smoked Mozzarella Tomato Dip Mix, 1T Spaghetti Seasoning Mix, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, fresh basil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, grated parmesan. Using hands mix well to evenly distribute for several minutes. Form into 4 equal sized patties.
Heat grill pan or grill to medium high heat and spray with non-stick spray. Cook burgers 4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
To serve, top buns with cream cheese-avocado spread, piccata sauce, top with burger and optional garnishes.
