Coat baking sheet with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, stir together sugar, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk egg white and water until foamy. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Pour in sugar mixture and melted butter. Stir well. Spread pecans onto baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
