combine pretzels, butter and sugar in a small bowl. press into ungreased 13 by 9 inch pan. bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
reduce heat to 350. mix brownies according to pkg. pour over prepared crust. bake 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. cool on wire rack. melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. stir until smooth. spread over top. refrigerate at least 30 minutes before cutting.
