Ingredients
1/2 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
2 Cups Diced Onions
2 Pound Bag of Frozen Shredded Potatoes (Thawed)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
 
Instructions
Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
