Pre-cook bacon in fry pan. Save grease. Spread mustard on cube steak. Put bacon on mustard. Place a slice of chopped onion on top, then add 1 slice dill pickle. Roll up meat, fasten with toothpick if necesary. Roll meat in flour.
Brown rolled meat in bacon grease. Add water, Kitchen Bouquet and teaspoon of beef boulion. Turn down heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
