     Citrus Bowl with Vanilla Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
2 large navel oranges
2 blood oranges
1 white grapefruit
1 pink grapefruit
1 ruby red grapefruit
2 kiwis
VANILLA YOGURT SAUCE-
1 c vanilla yogurt
1 t vanilla
 
1 T honey

Instructions
Cut the rind and white pith from the oranges and grapefruits. Cut between the individual membranes to release each citrus segment. Place in nonreactive bowl. Peel the kiwis and slice into chunks. Gently toss fruit together. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours in advance. Serve with generous spoonfuls of Vanilla Yogurt Sauce.
Vanilla Yogurt Sauce- mix all ingredients together in a resealable container and refrigerate up to 1 week.
