     chocolate snowballs

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter softened
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp baking soda
powdered sugar
Instructions
Cream butter and brown sugar. add milk, egg, and vanilla. mix well. combine flour, salt, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. slowly add wet to dry
chill in fridge 1 hour. preheat over to 350f. shape into 1 inch balls. bake 7 - 8 minutes or until set.
cool on baking rack and roll in powdered sugar once cool.
