     Basic Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
4 c fruit, such as sliced banana, cubed pineapple, blueberries or persimmon
1/4 c agave syrup or 1/3 to 1/2 cup pitted dates
2 c filtered water
ice optional
 

Instructions
blend till smooth will last 1 day in fridge
